International Tour Cancellation Policy
We understand that international travel plans may change due to various reasons.
To ensure clarity and fairness, our cancellation charges are based on the number
of days before the travel date that the cancellation request is received.
Time-Based Cancellation Charges
- 30% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled 30–44 days before the travel date.
- 50% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled 15–29 days before the travel date.
- 70% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled 8–14 days before the travel date.
- 100% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled 7 days or less before the travel date or in case of a no-show.
Refund Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days
after receiving the cancellation request, excluding bank or payment gateway delays.
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email using the same email ID used for booking or submitted through the customer dashboard.
- Date changes or postponements are treated as cancellations.
- No refund for unused services once the tour has started.
- Certain hotels, flights, and activity providers may have stricter policies; in such cases, their policy will apply.
- Partial cancellations are not allowed for packaged bookings.
